At Arhaus, the delivery time for your order depends on the items purchased and the delivery methods available. If the merchandise is in stock, it will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks depending on your residence location. For items delivered through White Glove Delivery Service, you will be contacted to schedule your delivery appointment within 14 business days of purchase, or 15-20 business days for National Delivery. If any items are not in stock, you will be contacted once your items arrive at their warehouse. Please note that they will not hold merchandise in their warehouse for more than 90 days. After that time period has passed, full payment is required and they must schedule delivery of your order.

Additionally, Arhaus Gift Cards and checks can be used for phone or in-store purchases, and cash is accepted in-store only. They also offer an Arhaus Credit Card that allows you to earn back in rewards dollars for every $1,500 spent in qualifying purchases. The Arhaus Credit Card, also known as Archarge, is a private label credit card offered by Arhaus. Cardholders can earn rewards based on how much they spend or take advantage of financing options. The card offers 6 or 24 month Special Financing on purchases of $399 or $5,000 at Arhaus Furniture. The application process is easy and takes only a few minutes. Applicants need to provide their personal information, income, and contact details. The benefits of being a cardholder include rewards, perks, and exclusive offers for Arhaus customers.

Arhaus has a detailed return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) subject to certain conditions.

Stock Furniture, Revivals, Poufs, & Rugs can be returned within 14 days. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Non-Furniture Items such as Lighting (uninstalled), Mirrors, Bedding, Decor, Jewelry, Rug Swatches, and Tabletop can be returned within 30 days. Bedding must be returned unused in the original product packaging.

Mattresses can be returned within 60 days with a 10% restocking fee.

Custom Special-Order Merchandise made to your specifications and submitted for production at the time of your order. A 50% deposit may be required at the time of purchase and will not be refunded if you wish to cancel, return or exchange for reasons other than manufacturer defect or transit damage.

Clearance Items (marked Last Chance), Direct Ship Artwork, Fresh Décor, One-of-a Kinds, and Wallpaper cannot be returned. If any of these items are refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

In case of damage, it is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted. If not reported within 14 days of delivery, the defects and variances will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

For any exchange, return or service claim, proof of purchase in the form of your original receipt will be required. Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit. A restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage.

As for the shipping policy, Arhaus offers White Glove Delivery Service where their professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as removing all packaging and debris. This service includes furniture, larger décor, uniquely shaped items, and items that are too fragile to ship through Package Carrier Delivery.

You will be contacted to schedule your delivery appointment within 14 business days of purchase (15-20 business days for National Delivery). Delivery will occur once all of the items become available and ready to ship. They will only hold merchandise in their warehouse for 90 days. After that time period has passed, full payment is required and they must schedule delivery of your order.

Large items have a flat fee ranging from $299 to $599 within the contiguous U.S., based on the proximity of the shipping address to an Arhaus warehouse or local store.
